- a moment of realisation, change and/or disruption -
Observing within the group I was working with, a huge gap of understanding about gender equality and me not being able to respond to that in a way to mediate a dialogue.

- a moment of connection -
there were quite a few- but definitely meeting the artists at my arrival in Biella was a great one, and getting the feedback of someone, in the group research in Berlin, about dance as a healing spiritual process, was really great.

- any tools/methods/resources to share -
due to the current situation (COVID 2020), and probably in general patience, doesn’t mean passivity but resilience.

- something you will carry forward - my project that did not seem possible to happen from the beginning of the COVID 19 time. Kindness and listening to others.
