Patience and resilience in the development of a collaborative approach. There needs to be space left for reflection, which each person does in their own ways. Listening and compromising. And empathy towards everyone involved.

Will we be able to work against the impairments the pandemic continues to inflict on the individual and collective psyche? In any way, we have to try.
