Jamie Allen

I'm Jamie, and I'm participating in this residency as I am thinking through how to take practices of 'artistic research' and 'media art' into spheres that resonate beyond the representationalism of cultural, academic and other institutions. I've been doing these things (artistic research and media art) for quite a while now and feel that both I and the world have changed in rather wonderful and opening ways during this 'while', and I'd like to start operating across boundaries set by certain ways of supporting and thinking about research, art, technology and media.
